Job Description

KoBold is looking for a Senior Manager of HR Programs to help scale a global workforce, establishing processes and programs to increase efficiency. The role requires understanding the company's science and business, and building solutions that preserve KoBold's ethos.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of core People programs
  • Support organizational change initiatives
  • Reduce manual work throughout HR
  • Increase data-derived insights and action plans
  • Improve the employee experience and rate of learning
  • Partner with leaders to solve talent and management-related issues
  • Improve cohesion across the geographically fragmented organization

Requirements

  • 8+ years in People Operations, People Programs, or HRBP roles
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills
  • First-principles thinker
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about mineral exploration
  • Excitement about joining a fast-growing early-stage company
  • Hands-on Workday experience (reporting, configuration, integrations) is a plus
