Ascend is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by expanding their footprint in the Mid-Market and SMB segments. The role involves cold calling, outreach, and building a consistent outbound motion in the San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
Develop understanding of customer problems and Ascend's solutions
Learn SDR team processes and GTM function
Prospect, cold call, and email to book demos
Establish habits to drive results
Work on strategic initiatives
Identify repeatable processes to meet goals
Experiment with outreach strategies
Collaborate with marketing
Leverage data for improvement
Give and receive feedback
Mentor new SDRs
Requirements
Some SDR experience in SaaS preferred
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and resourceful

Experience with tech stack like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and Clay is a plus
