Job Description

Upgrade, a fintech company, seeks a Manager for its Capital Markets team to oversee warehouse facility operations across its lending products. This role involves balance sheet and liquidity management, reporting to the VP of Capital Markets in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse facilities, including utilization and performance monitoring
• Prepare borrowing base reports for lenders
• Prepare monthly servicer reports for lenders, ensuring compliance
• Maintain Upgrade's warehouse facilities, including terms and eligibility criteria
• Support Capital Markets Execution team with due diligence and reports for new lenders
• Own liquidity forecasting models for cash management
• Collaborate with internal teams for balance sheet management

Requirements

• 5+ years of capital markets experience
• Advanced in MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau (nice to have)
• Deep understanding of warehouse facility operations and reporting
• Understanding of secured and unsecured consumer lending and credit underwriting
• Knowledge of structured finance transactions and/or ABS markets
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong client service skills
