Job Description

PagerDuty seeks an Enterprise Growth Account Executive to sell SaaS products to Enterprise accounts, reporting to a Regional Sales Director, with a consultative sales approach and a knack for driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Highlight unique value of products and services
  • Understand stakeholders' problems and communicate technical wins
  • Develop strategic plans to address customer needs
  • Negotiate positive business outcomes
  • Manage and close complex sales cycles
  • Conduct conversations with senior-level executives
  • Deliver presentations
  • Encourage positive conversations
  • Map out territory assignment and drive territory strategy
  • Provide accurate forecasts
  • Develop a point of view and approach to new opportunities
  • Create strategies and qualify opportunities
  • Document key qualification details
  • Engage internal resources

Requirements

  • 8-12 years field sales experience
  • 4-6 years of experience expanded into new areas of existing accounts
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+ revenue
  • Experience selling in a multi-product environment
  • Residing within New York, New Jersey or Boston
  • Effective time management and account planning skills
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous Sales Methodology training
