Job Description

As a Product Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, you will leverage your expertise in product management and analytics to advise customers, enabling them to build exceptional digital products using Amplitude’s analytics platform. You will support enterprise accounts, collaborating with product executives, analytics leaders, and growth teams to drive adoption and ensure maximum value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to create and execute strategic plans
  • Advise senior customer executives on leveraging Amplitude analytics
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and analytics sessions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer feedback influences product enhancements
  • Analyze product usage patterns and suggest actionable insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in SaaS or digital-first companies
  • Hands-on experience using analytics platforms
  • Proven success working with enterprise-scale customers
  • Strong track record in defining product strategies and roadmaps
  • Exceptional ability to translate analytical insights into recommendations
  • Outstanding business acumen and communication skills
