Job Description

The Enterprise Account Manager at Sitetracker is responsible for growing and renewing the largest accounts, prioritizing customer service. They create and execute account plans to maximize platform usage, understand usage gaps, and collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure successful account planning.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Execute strategic account plans
  • Become familiar with products and become Sitetracker certified
  • Learn the Sitetracker planning process
  • Create account plans and understand customers
  • Build a pipeline
  • Align with post sales departments
  • Work and close initial deals
  • Execute the Sitetracker planning process
  • Run and execute Growth Review Board meetings
  • Be an expert in customers’ business
  • Add to the Customer Growth playbook
  • Have full ownership of the end to end process with the customers
