The Salesforce Business Analyst will perform solution design, drive CPQ implementations, and facilitate requirements gathering. They will work with technical and functional teams to improve business processes and document requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform solution design and development tasks in CPQ domain
Act as a liaison between teams to drive CPQ implementations
Leverage business knowledge to improve processes
Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping
Perform gap analysis
Document functional business requirements
Contribute to cross-functional teams and roadmap development
Conduct solution reviews
Create and deliver presentations
Apply project management techniques
Assist in planning projects and support business process redesign
Prepare user and training documentation
Requirements
Experience with business systems projects and requirements definition
Understanding of business functions
Experience with CPQ domain
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with multiple software delivery lifecycle methodologies
Experience with SKU configuration, approval & pricing rules, and requirement documentation
