Brooklinen is seeking a welcoming and kindhearted sleep-enthusiast to join the team in their Philadelphia store. The Assistant Store Manager will help shape the retail experience, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Bring ideas to translate ecommerce initiatives, drive sales, and provide store experiences
Train and coach the team on products, textile and interior design knowledge, and customer experience philosophy
Implement and maintain store processes
Guide the visual presentation of the store
Participate in the development and execution of in-store events and activations
Act as liaison between customers, employees, and HQ
Requirements
3+ years of management experience in retail store environments
Prior experience working in front and back of house
Friendly, positive, and passionate about the Brooklinen brand
