Job Description

As an Email Deliverability Consultant, you will be part of the customer-facing deliverability team, providing reporting, best practices, and recommendations to improve customers' email programs. You will work closely with various teams to develop strategies for customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide deliverability support to customers and internal teams
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets
  • Service a portfolio of assigned customers
  • Conduct in-depth investigations and audits
  • Assist customers with blocklists and spam traps
  • Help customers with IP warming
  • Monitor individual customer email metrics
  • Provide in-depth analysis of performance measurements
  • Provide strategic deliverability planning
  • Take an active role in strategic projects

Requirements

  • Competency in deliverability concepts
  • Customer management skills
  • 2-3 years of deliverability-specific experience
  • Knowledge of industry best practices
  • Success in identifying and remediating deliverability issues
  • Ability to present information in a consumable format
