Job Description

The Inside Sales Account Executive I sells Dun & Bradstreet's S&MS products and services to new and existing clients remotely, focusing on building relationships and understanding client needs to propose solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions
  • Maintain and grow revenue through renewals
  • Develop new and expand existing accounts
  • Drive negotiation, contracting, and approval processes
  • Perform account planning and coordinate with internal resources
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate data in SFDC
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to increase retention
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts

Requirements

  • 2 years of quota-carrying sales and account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to develop client relationships
  • Proactive approach to managing sales opportunities
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to advance leads, manage a pipeline, and forecast accurately
  • Proficiency in sales methodology, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word
