Account Executive (Outbound) is responsible for acquiring new logo customers in the small business segments through outbound prospecting, cold calling/emailing, and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Identify new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting
Balance lead generation and follow-up efforts
Create a follow-up plan for increased sales conversion
Conduct needs-based assessments and transition to product solutions
Maximize opportunities from assigned campaigns
Maintain accurate data in SFDC
Develop an active sales pipeline
Have product knowledge
Adhere to compliance policies
Requirements
2-4+ years of sales experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Understanding of coaching tactics
Assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional
Strong listener with a positive attitude
Aptitude for grasping selling techniques and product knowledge
Proven track record of achieving quota
Experience in selling an intangible product preferred
Computer knowledge with good communication skills
Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
