Job Description

Account Executive (Outbound) is responsible for acquiring new logo customers in the small business segments through outbound prospecting, cold calling/emailing, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Balance lead generation and follow-up efforts
  • Create a follow-up plan for increased sales conversion
  • Conduct needs-based assessments and transition to product solutions
  • Maximize opportunities from assigned campaigns
  • Maintain accurate data in SFDC
  • Develop an active sales pipeline
  • Have product knowledge
  • Adhere to compliance policies

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Understanding of coaching tactics
  • Assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional
  • Strong listener with a positive attitude
  • Aptitude for grasping selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Proven track record of achieving quota
  • Experience in selling an intangible product preferred
  • Computer knowledge with good communication skills
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Regular attendance in the office
