Oversees day-to-day functions of the harvest areas, from de-leafing to curing and transfer. Reports to the Director of Cultivation, manages harvest supervisors, and ensures adherence to processes, training, schedules, and production goals.

Planning and overseeing product development
Managing environmental control of product drying
Serving as a resource for harvest staff
Responding to staff questions and resolving conflicts
Delegating tasks to maintain a compliant harvest area
Participating in hiring, training, and performance management
Coordinating with upper management
Ensuring proper documentation
Requirements
3-4 years of cannabis cultivation experience
Experience leading teams and training staff
Knowledge of harvest processes and facility operations
Critical-thinking, problem-solving, planning and assessment skills
Computer literacy
Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work around plant material
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions
