Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for their Starbucks Operations team to ensure order accuracy and efficient delivery, assisting the regional manager in store operations and maintaining Starbucks and Gopuff standards.
Responsibilities
Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
Anticipate customer and store needs
Communicate information to manager
Assist with new employee training
Provide feedback on employee performance
Create a positive learning environment
Develop positive relationships with shift team
Organize opening and closing duties
Maintain attendance and punctuality
Provide quality products
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
1+ years of leadership experience in retail or equivalent
ServeSafe Certification preferred
Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred
Ability to work with fluid schedules
Welcoming and helpful attitude

Work independently and with a team
Focus on quality and take pride in work
