Flex, a FinTech company, seeks a Staff Software Engineer for its Risk Platform team to build platforms and APIs for risk management. The role involves mitigating credit and fraud risk, enhancing app accessibility, and preventing misuse across core product areas.

Responsibilities

• Build decision platform and machine learning solutions
• Design and develop high-scale APIs and distributed systems
• Work with product, design, and engineering teams to launch new features

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 6+ years of Java experience
• 4+ years of experience with React or React Native and TypeScript
• Experience with Java frameworks and tools
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture, REST APIs, Message Queues, and scalable architectures
• Experience with AWS and containerization tools
