Job Description

A Sales Executive (SE) is a pivotal in-market sales role at Beam Benefits. The role involves establishing and expanding partnerships with brokerages by building and nurturing lasting relationships. The goal is to saturate the market with Beam’s presence, working closely with brokerages that align with the Ideal Broker Profile.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Execute the full Beam sales process
  • Develop new markets
  • Establish and expand relationships with brokerage partners
  • Maintain accurate sales data
  • Stay informed about new product launches
  • Track and analyze activity and sales metrics
  • Collaborate with sales leadership
  • Use Salesforce to track opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to generate and analyze reports
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new product lines and adapt to sales processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Passion for developing relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Requirement to secure Life & Health license
