Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations and ensure compliance
• Drive revenue and profit through promotions
• Manage inventory, financial records, and compliance
• Maintain cash management protocols
• Manage order and expense processes
• Coach team to deliver customer experiences

• Drive revenue through omni-channel experience

• Serve as a community liaison

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in retail
• Inventory control experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable attendance
• 21 years or older
• Pass background checks
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Compliance with regulations
• Understanding of Cannabis laws
• Proactive with strong work ethic
