Job Description

RISE Personal Care Specialists engage in one-on-one interactions with patients and/or customers. They connect each unique patient and/or customer with just the right product and method of consumption for their needs. The Personal Care Specialist is a master of the menu and knows exactly how to help anyone who walks through the dispensary’s doors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers
• Educate patients and/or customers on products and consumption methods
• Recommend safe and effective regimens
• Promote a positive work environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries
• Provide support to the management team
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Ensure sales floor is stocked and maintained
• Maintain hard copy files
• Follow security measures and safety compliance procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Pass required background checks
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Remain compliant with legal and company regulations
• Ability to move about the dispensary
• Ability to remain in a stationary position
• Ability to converse and communicate
• Operate point of sale system
• Prepare patient orders
• Inspect and receive detailed information
• Move inventory and materials up to 30 pounds
• Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills
• Desire to continuously learn about cannabis
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Previous experience with POS systems
• Understanding of applicable cannabis laws and regulations
• Ability to follow instructions and incorporate criticism
• Operate with a high level of professionalism and integrity
