Job Description

Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to evolve billing for enterprise growth. The Billing Scale PM will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive a roadmap of business-critical initiatives, ensuring Figma’s billing systems are scalable, flexible, and compliant while fostering growth for major customers. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and build a reliable and flexible billing platform
• Iterate on the core billing and payments infrastructure in partnership with Finance, Sales, Support, and Engineering
• Partner with other Figma product teams to power new monetization efforts and unlock sales levers
• Drive planning and prioritization, defining and tracking key metrics, and work closely with engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager
• Previous experience with billing / commercial systems
• Experience with products with a technical platform
• A track record of leading complex product launches that require alignment across many teams
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
