Job Description

Delphix is hiring an experienced Principal Sales Engineer in the Eastern USA to drive technical sales efforts, conduct discovery, and demonstrate Delphix capabilities to customers. The role involves leading technical sales, conducting presentations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales efforts for key accounts
• Conduct discovery on business objectives and technical architecture
• Position Delphix within the customer’s digital transformation journey
• Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops
• Act as liaison among customer and Delphix teams
• Educate customers on Delphix value proposition
• Collaborate with customers to improve deployment pipelines
• Partner with Sales and Field Services teams
• Develop reusable technical assets
• Report to the Director of Sales Engineering

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in DevOps/CICD/TDM, Cloud, Data Masking & Governance, Data Management or Database Technologies
• 5+ years’ experience in software technology sales, technical consulting, or similar role
• Extensive experience presenting to executives and technology teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Familiarity with DevOps Tools, Cloud services, TDM tools, or software frameworks a plus
• Experience with source control, testing, continuous integration, and group management DevOps tools a plus
