Own the forecast for the doula services business
Manage a team of doula operations and support professionals

Project manage new health plan launches
Streamline doula operations processes
Collaborate with team members from Revenue Cycle Management and Accounting
Review trends in doula and partner issues
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in operational roles
