Job Description

The Tier 3 Area Vice President leads a team of sales associates responsible for renewing and expanding the company's products and services with existing accounts remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales team to maintain and grow revenue through renewals
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Measure and evaluate team performance
  • Provide coaching and leadership to the team
  • Develop career plans for team members
  • Expand relationships with C-level clients
  • Partner with Business Partners to recruit and develop sales professionals
  • Handle HR related topics for direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of combined selling and sales leadership experience in SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans
  • Proven success driving multimillion-dollar engagements
  • Ability to manage a team and instill a strong belief in achieving goals
  • Ability to assess client environments and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and proactive approach
  • Continuous growth mindset
  • Willingness to travel at least 25%
