Job Description
Varo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of consumer lending products, owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
Responsibilities
Define and champion lending product strategy and roadmap
Lead end-to-end product development
Conduct market research and customer analysis
Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Identify new features and enhance underwriting
Requirements
5-7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in consumer lending or FinTech
Proven success in launching and growing digital lending products
Deep understanding of the consumer lending lifecycle, credit risk principles, and risk analytics
Experience working with engineering and data teams in an agile environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
