Job Description

The Marketing Campaign Manager is the strategic architect of Rackspace's multi-channel marketing initiatives, driving content strategy and digital campaign execution to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine content strategy and digital marketing approach for assigned service areas
  • Lead content planning and digital campaign coordination across all channels
  • Create full-funnel content experiences and digital campaigns for multiple audiences
  • Oversee content calendar development and digital asset creation
  • Manage content performance metrics and digital campaign analytics
  • Team with Microsoft, AWS, and/or Google Cloud to develop co-branded content strategies
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets
  • Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing tools
  • Establish key performance indicators for marketing campaigns and monitor progress
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • 5-7 years of experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Experience partnering with hyperscalers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud)
  • Ability to create and execute marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools
