The Marketing Campaign Manager is the strategic architect of Rackspace's multi-channel marketing initiatives, driving content strategy and digital campaign execution to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
Responsibilities
Develop and refine content strategy and digital marketing approach for assigned service areas
Lead content planning and digital campaign coordination across all channels
Create full-funnel content experiences and digital campaigns for multiple audiences
Oversee content calendar development and digital asset creation
Manage content performance metrics and digital campaign analytics
Team with Microsoft, AWS, and/or Google Cloud to develop co-branded content strategies
Develop and manage campaign budgets
Use Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing tools
Establish key performance indicators for marketing campaigns and monitor progress
Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications
8+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
5-7 years of experience managing marketing campaigns
Experience partnering with hyperscalers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud)
Ability to create and execute marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools
