Job Description

The Customer Success Specialist will partner with corporate customers post-sale to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. They will manage a portfolio of customers, understand the Udemy Business platform, negotiate contracts, lead customer meetings, monitor customer base, and communicate customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Udemy Business customers
  • Be an expert on the UB Platform
  • Negotiate and renew customer contracts
  • Lead customer meetings
  • Proactively monitor customer base
  • Be a voice of the customer
  • Effectively manage product onboarding
  • Respond to customer questions
  • Support additional projects

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, consulting and/or sales experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior project, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing accounts using Salesforce and Zendesk is preferred
