Job Description

Gusto is seeking a Senior People Partner to support the Customer Experience (CX) organization. This role involves strategic and tactical work, including org design, change management, and talent strategy. The Senior People Partner will advise senior leaders, lead initiatives, and collaborate across People functions to enhance employee experience and drive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders
• Support organizational design and workforce planning
• Guide teams through change management

• Partner with other teams to implement people strategies

• Navigate complex people situations

Requirements

• 7–10 years of HR/People Partner experience
• Experience supporting high-volume, operational, or customer-facing teams
• Strategic business partner mindset
• Strong organizational design and change leadership skills
• Fluency in non-exempt labor laws and compliance
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders
• Data-driven approach to workforce planning and engagement
• Collaborative, systems thinker
• Cultural humility and inclusive leadership mindset
• Resilient, ethical, and calm under pressure
