Job Description

Gusto is seeking a Senior People Partner to support the Customer Experience (CX) organization. This role involves strategic and tactical work, including org design, change management, and talent strategy. The Senior People Partner will advise senior leaders, lead initiatives, and collaborate across People functions to enhance employee experience and drive business goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of HR/People Partner experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume, operational, or customer-facing teams

  • Fluency in non-exempt labor laws and compliance
  • Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders
  • Data-driven approach to workforce planning and engagement
