Job Description

The Associate I, Carrier Solutions will be responsible for processing requests for information, conducting research and analysis, and ensuring successful outcomes when complexities arise. They must deliver accurate and prompt resolution of any issues and relay necessary information to customers and representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Completing service requests related to contract level transactions
  • Providing confirmation of contract level information
  • Researching and analyzing issues
  • Developing relationships with clients and customers
  • Ensuring high quality and consistency to customers
  • Developing understanding of products, services, policies, procedures, regulations, and laws

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • 1 to 2+ years’ experience providing customer service and transaction processing support
  • 1 to 2+ years’ call center experience
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Demonstrated personal growth and aptitude for advancement
  • Strong PC and keyboarding skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated and effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with other internal teams and associates
  • Ability to work required overtime
