Zinnia seeks a life insurance professional to join the Carrier Solutions team, providing expert support for life insurance contract servicing. This role involves handling inquiries, processing service requests, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance, requiring strong communication skills and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support on life insurance contracts and inquiries

Requirements

• High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of life insurance experience
• Prior customer service or call center experience
• Solid understanding of life insurance products and regulations
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Reliability and accountability
• Willingness to work overtime
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
