Job Description

The Stations Policy and Procedure Specialist develops and maintains policies and procedures for Allegiant Station Operations, focusing on Customer Service and governmental regulations. They analyze business processes, workflows, and training materials for improvement and define the operational impact of proposed modifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and incorporate new customer processing practices
  • Create and drive change to policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement Best Practices
  • Ensure best use of all tools and resources
  • Interface with all departments regarding policies
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between manuals
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of policies and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with Stations Training and Allegiant University
  • Manage policy recommendations and procedure documentation
  • Manage line stations compliance
  • Act as a liaison for leadership communication
  • Publish and oversee stations’ self-assessment submissions
  • Manage deviation waivers
  • Model Allegiant’s customer service standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Airline Operations Experience
  • Minimum six months of airport operations preferred
  • Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Command of reasoned decision-making
  • Ability to attend and pass required training
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 35%)
  • Must obtain and retain trainer qualifications within 60 days
