Job Description

The Client Services Manager will oversee multiple campaigns for different pharma companies, acting as the day-to-day client contact to ensure successful campaign implementation from kickoff to completion. They will manage client communications, MLR submissions, internal team coordination, and campaign progress tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for pharmaceutical and agency partners
  • Attend client calls, take notes, and send follow-up emails
  • Manage MLR submission and approval processes
  • Track client campaign steps and set up status calls
  • Communicate with internal teams on client updates
  • Maintain internal documents and track client logins
  • Draft client-facing materials
  • Track campaign progress using project management software
  • Track client KPIs and campaign metrics

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar
  • Experience crafting campaigns in the HCP space
  • Strong project management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and autonomous worker
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for team meetings
