Job Description

NISC is seeking a technically skilled and self-driven professional to manage key enterprise applications like Okta and Microsoft 365. The role involves interpreting code, automation, and a strong security mindset, requiring troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Co-own implementation of internal applications
• Interpret code for automation and data transformation
• Assist in application implementation and maintenance
• Write scripts and utilize API calls for automation
• Prepare and follow up on Change Requests
• Provide second-tier support for IT application issues
• Support general business needs and administration
• Follow vendor-implemented changes
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Provide after-hours technical support
• Participate in proof of concepts
• Train employees on applications
• Recommend and implement application enhancements
• Participate in vendor selections

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Working scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Powershell)
• Moderate knowledge of API calls
• Working knowledge of Identity Management/SSO solutions (Okta)
• Basic knowledge of telephony systems
• Working knowledge of SaaS automation platforms
• Working knowledge of administration of productivity suites
• Working knowledge of email/spam systems
• Working knowledge of security tools
• Working OS knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Working knowledge of endpoint management solutions
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Basic network knowledge
• Working level knowledge of Project Management processes
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills
