Job Description

Join our team as a technically skilled and self-driven professional to take ownership of key enterprise applications such as Okta, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and more. You will grow into a subject matter expert and manage systems critical to the organization's security posture. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the full lifecycle implementation of applications
  • Interpret code for automation and data transformation
  • Assist in implementing on-premise or cloud-based applications
  • Maintain internal IT applications
  • Write scripts and utilize API calls for automation
  • Prepare and follow-up on Change Requests
  • Provide second-tier support for IT application issues
  • Support general business needs and administration functions
  • Follow vendor changes and coordinate with other groups
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within specific IT applications
  • Provide after-hours technical support
  • Participate in proof of concepts
  • Train employees on applications and processes
  • Recommend and/or implement changes for efficiencies or security
  • Participate in new vendor selections

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience preferred
  • Working scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Powershell, etc.)
  • Moderate knowledge of API calls
  • Working knowledge of Identity Management/SSO solutions (Okta, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of telephony systems, VoIP, etc.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS automation platforms
  • Working knowledge of administration of productivity suites
  • Working knowledge of email/spam systems
  • Working knowledge of security tools
  • Working OS knowledge and troubleshooting ability (macOS, Windows)
  • Working knowledge of endpoint management solutions
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Working level knowledge of Project Management processes
  • Excellent research and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to demonstrate initiative and accountability
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and time manage
  • Strong ability to make decisions based on guidelines
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to change
  • Strong ability to interact in a positive manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
