Job Description

This role involves managing key enterprise applications such as Okta, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and others, requiring a strong security mindset and troubleshooting skills. The candidate will take ownership of applications and grow into a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Co-own implementation of applications
• Interpret code for automation
• Assist in application implementation
• Maintain IT applications
• Write scripts and use API calls
• Prepare and follow change requests
• Provide second-tier support
• Support business needs
• Follow vendor changes
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Provide after-hours support
• Participate in proof of concepts
• Train employees
• Recommend enhancements
• Participate in vendor selections

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Powershell)
• Knowledge of API calls
• Knowledge of Identity Management/SSO solutions (Okta)
• Knowledge of telephony systems
• Knowledge of SaaS automation platforms
• Knowledge of productivity suites (Office365)
• Knowledge of email/spam systems
• Knowledge of security tools
• OS knowledge and troubleshooting (macOS, Windows)
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Network knowledge
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of business-related software
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability
• Strong troubleshooting skills
