Job Description

The Partner Decision Science team seeks an Implementation Manager to spearhead projects for the Easy Apply platform, including new partner onboarding and concierge support. This strategic role is vital for achieving critical business goals. The Implementation Manager will drive continuous process improvement for enhanced velocity and efficiency, and foster cross-functional collaboration with internal and partner teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead in helping Credit Card, Personal Loan partners adopt and implement Credit Karma’s Easy Apply technology
• Create and manage complex projects, leveraging project and program management methodologies
• Be the bridge between business development and engineering teams and drive prioritization across partner concierge support
• Identify improvement opportunities for onboarding processes
• Create a fresh approach to onboarding and partner concierge support processes
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to foster a culture of collaboration and communication

Requirements

• 5-6 years of project/program management experience with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams in a technology company
• Experience working with external partners or clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and motivate others
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical or related field
