Job Description

The Project Coordinator will coordinate project creation, data cleansing, and investigation while working with multiple department teams. They will support the implementation of new tools, policies, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Completing tasks related to project activities
  • Utilizing Kantata and Salesforce
  • Maintaining communication portals
  • Investigating incomplete deliverables
  • Supporting data cleansing
  • Supporting Project Managers
  • Reviewing Monthly Audits

Requirements

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Post-secondary education in a related area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other PM tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
