Aledade seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to maintain and improve their web application and data pipelines. The role involves developing scalable solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will create secure, maintainable, performant, correct, scalable, and stable solutions to the complex and unique challenges in our corner of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable solutions
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders
• Mentor and coach junior engineers

Requirements

• BS/BTech in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of full-stack web application experience
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or database querying
• 3+ years of experience as a technical decision-maker
• 3+ years of experience coaching other engineers
