WorkOS is seeking a Developer Success Engineer to join their team. This role involves working directly with developers, providing technical support, and ensuring a positive developer experience. The ideal candidate will be technically-minded, empathetic, and passionate about solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom
• Be an expert in WorkOS’s products and codebase
• Provide technical advice on best practices for API integration
• Act as a mentor and escalation point
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• Engage customers for feedback
• Work cross-functionally within the company

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a technical customer-facing support role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for educating and breaking down complicated concepts
• Quick learner and relentlessly inquisitive
