Job Description

As a Clinical Care Navigator, you will support companies and their employees through challenges, changes, and crises. You will be the first clinical point of contact for HR, ER, and Benefits teams, providing expert guidance and coordinating support for employees navigating behavioral health concerns. You will offer expert consultation, coordinate critical incident responses, and proactively reach out to employees in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation to leaders, HR, and ER teams
• Coordinate and facilitate responses to critical incidents
• Deliver clinical support to executives and VIP employees
• Respond to calls and emails from company representatives
• Reach out to high-risk or crisis employees
• Partner with internal departments to ensure service coordination
• Maintain accurate records
• Identify roadblocks to clinical care options
• Independently manage a caseload of complex clients

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent
• LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required
• Two years post license experience
• Experience managing high-risk clinical situations
• CISD coordination experience
• Experience working with HR/ER and/or corporate leadership teams
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
• Must be a full time resident of the United States
