Job Description

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT systems support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Manage IT system infrastructure
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution
• Support escalation and communication to management
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems
• Install and load operating system software
• Troubleshoot and maintain network components
• Implement operating systems enhancements
• Support system design and mission architecture
• Analyze and resolve complex IT system problems

Requirements

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Fifteen years of SA experience
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• DoD 8570 compliance
• Experience with LINUX, VM, Shell Scripting, System Patching, vulnerability reports, and IAVA compliance
• Familiarity with BISCOTTI and LATTEART
• Familiarity with STE tools
• SecurityCenter Scanning
• Nagios Monitoring and administration
• PKI Server Certificates
• Familiarity with Ansible playbooks and adhoc Ansible commands
• Creating and Maintaining SOPs in Confluence
• Intermediate Ansible and shell scripting
• Intermediate GIT
