Job Description

The Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer (CCO) will implement and monitor a risk-adequate and effective Integrity & Compliance Management System, define and implement the Integrity & Compliance strategy, provide independent advice, and ensure Integrity & Compliance are integral to Scout Motors' business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Integrity & Compliance Management System
• Implement the Whistleblower Policy
• Develop measures to improve compliance and ethics strategy
• Manage the development and maintenance of policies
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management program
• Foster a culture of ethical behavior
• Ensure appropriate communications to strengthen an Integrity & Compliance culture
• Serve as the Money Laundering Officer
• Establish Integrity & Compliance internally and externally
• Recruit, manage, and develop a team
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a resource for ethical and compliance guidance
• Monitor emerging compliance issues
• Develop and deliver training programs
• Represent Scout internally and externally
• Maintain subject-matter-expert knowledge
• Establish KPIs
• Develop and control budgets
• Report to the COO/CFO

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; JD or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of compliance experience, including 5+ years of corporate leadership
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
• Experience implementing a Compliance Management System preferred
• Professional certification(s) in ethics and compliance preferred
• Valid driver's license and passport required
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
