Job Description

Dagster Labs seeks a Revenue Operations Lead to oversee and align Go-To-Market Operations teams, optimizing the revenue process, managing technology stacks, tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights to drive growth. This full-time, remote-friendly role involves strategic alignment, KPI setting, process optimization, technology stack management, compensation, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and align Sales Operations and Marketing Operations
  • Establish and maintain key revenue performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain processes to improve effectiveness across the revenue cycle
  • Oversee the sales and marketing technology stacks
  • Collaborate on developing and managing incentive programs for GTM teams
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and leadership teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a tech company
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes
  • Experience managing incentive programs and GTM performance metrics
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams or collaborating across departments
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with BI tools
