Responsibilities
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify product growth opportunities
Design, plan, execute, and analyze A/B experiments
Define and maintain key product performance metrics
Create data visualizations and narratives to communicate insights
Lead and execute large-scale analytics projects
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven decision-making
Mentor other data scientists and foster a data-informed culture
Requirements
Proven expertise in data science with a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning
Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong programming skills in Python & SQL
Experience with data visualization tools
Ability to implement projects in a fast-paced environment
PhD or master’s degree in a quantitative field and 5-10 years of experience
