Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Startups, Tech, or SaaS companies
• Proven track record in managing complex employee relations
• Demonstrated understanding of HR principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive initiatives, influence outcomes, and achieve results
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with business unit leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills
