Job Description

As the Lead Business Analyst, Supply Chain Excellence, you will own the Supply Chain Business Analysis discipline globally, connecting all central and regional functions in support of Brooks’ supply chain end-to-end transformation journey.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business analysis for supply chain strategic initiatives
  • Lead business processes and requirement development for supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Provide analysis to optimize Brooks’ global carrier strategy
  • Support enterprise-wide data governance for Supply Chain Operations
  • Partner with finance to elicit supply chain finance related KPIs
  • Develop the business analysis framework to support large initiatives
  • Overhaul KPI governance for Supply Chain across all regions
  • Conduct business analysis working sessions for digital dashboards
  • Support Supply Chain Program Management with financial modeling
  • Establish and embed foundational excellence in supply chain operations
  • Develop and implement governance of Brooks’ Supply Chain Operational Toolkits
  • Support global standardization in supply chain operations
  • Develop and implement a structured framework for continuous distribution network enhancements
  • Lead business requirements sessions for cross-functional technology projects
  • Influence corporate ESG strategy by driving sustainable distribution requirements
  • Support overall governance and execution for supply chain deliverables
  • Document strategic roadmaps for automation rollouts and technology integrations
  • Develop and execute structured Project Management framework
  • Ensure all initiatives deliver quantifiable cost reductions
  • Ensure standardized governance, execution methodologies, and best practice sharing

Requirements

  • Proven track-record in process optimization, automation integration, and large-scale system implementations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of supply chain finance related KPIs
  • Experience with digital dashboards and control towers
  • Experience with financial modeling and ROI analysis
  • Knowledge of best-in-class business analysis methodologies
