Grammarly is seeking a Senior Corporate Development & Investor Relations Manager to lead M&A strategy and investor relations. This role involves developing acquisition theses, leading business case development, driving deal execution, and supporting capital raising. The ideal candidate will have extensive M&A experience, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition theses and market analyses
• Lead business case development for potential acquisitions
• Drive deal execution, including negotiation and integration planning
• Lead quarterly and ad hoc BOD and investor reporting
• Support key capital raising/capital structure decision-making
• Forge cross-functional partnerships

Requirements

• 8+ years of M&A transactional experience, with 2+ years of Corporate Development experience
• Strong analytical foundation and intellectual curiosity
• Experience leveraging generative AI
• Demonstrated reputation for quality and attention to detail
• Collaboration mindset and ability to influence effectively
• Crisp verbal, written, and visual communication skills
