Job Description

Flex, a FinTech company, seeks a strategic leader to develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on driving acquisition of SMB property managers through consumer referrals and lead generation, owning email, push, SMS, and offline marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign lifecycle, design, build, and implement CRM campaigns
  • Develop compelling, high-converting email creatives
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance
