Join Authentic as Counsel – Events, Production & Licensing and play a key role in shaping the legal framework behind high-profile live events and entertainment experiences. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements across live event production, sponsorships, venues, talent, content, and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to live event production, sponsorships, venues, talent, social media, and content production
• Provide legal counsel to internal business units and senior leadership
• Interpret and advise on contract terms, enforcement, and risk mitigation
• Support other in-house attorneys on entertainment-related projects
• Partner with business, brand, and finance teams to support deal development
• Coordinate with international legal colleagues to ensure global alignment
• Help implement and refine contract administration and document management processes
• Contribute to legal team best practices and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Strong background in live events, content production contracts and sponsorship-related contracts preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills
• Outstanding written and oral business communication skills
• Deep experience with commercial transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
