Job Description

A highly collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager is needed to support, scale, and enhance the primary provider annual sponsorship program. This role involves program creation, execution of sponsorship deliverables, and acting as a liaison between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and delivery of sponsorship packages
  • Manage provider marketing programs across various channels
  • Track sponsorship commitments and sales
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and partners
  • Establish reporting frameworks and communicate insights
  • Build and launch integrated marketing campaigns
  • Track key metrics and refine strategies
  • Design and implement upsell/cross-sell strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing program management experience in the Technology industry
  • Experience executing and measuring marketing programs
  • Proven project management skills
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system preferred
