Job Description

As a Software Technical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Zoox’s autonomous vehicle platform. You will manage and optimize triage and root cause analysis workflows for issues uncovered during both on-road operations and testing of Zoox’s vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
• Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal engineering teams
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate and improve vendor performance
• Deliver updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and other teams to support their needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, program management, or operations management
• Understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles
• Demonstrated success managing external vendors
• Excellent communication skills
