Job Description

Govini seeks an experienced VP of Implementation to lead large, complex deployments and defense programs. This role involves program strategy, customer communication, and cross-functional team leadership to drive program lines of effort to completion.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with government customer stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications
• Establish program execution strategy, milestones, and workstreams
• Oversee the master schedule for the program and manage program deliverables
• Partner with go-to-market, product and engineering leaders to drive program execution
• Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects
• Continuously evaluate and improve program and project management processes
• Track and communicate program progress
• Build trust with Govini teammates, vendors, partners, and potential customers
• Autonomously execute with a high degree of ownership
• Own the delivery of successful program outcomes

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in program and project management
• Strong understanding of complex software implementations
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Effective customer stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple work streams and manage competing priorities
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines
