Job Description

Tala is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their Strategic finance team. This role involves financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to drive business decisions, including building financial models, preparing financial reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
• Lead the annual operating budget and long-range strategic plans
• Collaborate with departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Participate in cross-functional projects and offer financial insights
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles
• Proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems
• Experience in managing multiple priorities
• Strategic thinking and quantitative skills
• Expertise in financial modeling and business case development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
